JAMAICA, NY - St. John’s Red Storm stormed past Quinnipiac, winning 96-73. It was a game of two halves. In the first half, Quinnipiac led 39-35. But the second half belonged to St. John’s.
RJ Luis Jr. was the hero. He scored 24 points and grabbed 13 rebounds. His energy lifted the team when it mattered most. Brady Dunlap was right behind him. He scored 20 points, hitting big shots to extend the lead.
Kadary Richmond played a smart game. He had 6 rebounds, 6 assists, and 3 points. Deivon Smith was key too, with 13 points and a team-high 10 assists. Simeon Wilcher added 14 points, keeping the pace up and exciting the crowd.
